• We ship your orders daily with payment until 14.00 clock. Please note the special conditions for items in exchange! These are only sent as soon as a deposit has arrived.

• As far as we, the partworks GmbH was not supplied by their suppliers without their own fault, they can withdraw from the contract. If you do not wish to do so, you will be reimbursed for any services already provided in a timely manner.
• Transport damage: If you receive an item that shows obvious transport damage, please complain directly to the deliverer and inform us. Failure to do so will not have any consequences for your statutory warranty, this is only to help us enforce any claims against the carrier.
